We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Production Engineering Technician to support our precision plastic injection moulding operations. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth production setup, maintaining product quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Quality Control (QC), Tooling, and Engineering teams on daily production schedules for injection moulding setup of precision plastic parts
- Work closely with relevant departments to identify, discuss, and resolve product quality issues
- Perform measurement checks and support First Article (FA) submission for high-precision injection moulded parts after setup
- Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings
- Operate and utilize high-precision measurement equipment independently
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in injection moulding for precision plastic parts
- Hands-on experience in setting up injection moulding machines is required
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts
