Job Title: Motor Claims Executive (Automotive Workshop / AWS + VB)
Job Hours: 9am to 6pm
Job Location: Yishun
The Opportunity:

Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect accident-damaged vehicles and assess repair scope based on visible damage and workshop findings
- Prepare accurate repair estimates and quotations for accident repair cases
- Liaise with customers, insurers, surveyors, and relevant parties on claims and repair matters
- Submit and coordinate required claim documents, estimates, photos, and supporting records
- Follow up on repair approvals, claims status, and outstanding documentation
- Work closely with technicians and workshop staff to ensure repairs are carried out according to approved scope
- Monitor repair progress and provide updates to customers and insurers where required
- Review completed repair works and supporting documents before vehicle handover
- Handle claim-related enquiries, case follow-up, and service issues professionally
- Maintain proper records of quotations, approvals, claim status, and repair progress
- Support coordination of parts, repair schedules, and other claim-related administrative matters
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, documentation requirements, and service quality standards.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in motor claims, accident repair coordination, or automotive workshop estimation
- Experience liaising with insurers, surveyors, customers, and workshop teams
- Strong knowledge of motor accident claims procedures, repair quotation preparation, and vehicle damage assessment
- Familiarity with vehicle servicing, accident repair workflow, and workshop operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software
