Job Summary
Support audit managers by planning and supervising audit engagements, ensuring timely completion of audit activities per professional standards, managing client billing and collections, and developing staff performance and skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan audit engagements collaboratively with managers to ensure thorough preparation and execution
- Supervise audit staff during engagements to maintain quality and adherence to standards
- Complete audit and related administrative activities, documents, and reports on time according to professional firm standards
- Prepare client billings accurately and pursue timely collections to support financial operations
- Train supervised staff to enhance their audit skills and professional development
- Evaluate and review staff performance, providing constructive feedback to improve their competencies
- Perform associate-level audit functions when required to support the team
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor's or College Degree in Accountancy
- Have 3 to 5 years of audit experience, preferably within an international accounting firm
- Demonstrate ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and apply strong interpersonal skills
