Vincar Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Motor Claims Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our claims processes and delivering exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing
- Handling incoming claims enquiries and guiding customers through the claims process
- Assessing claims and gathering all necessary documentation and evidence
- Liaising with repairers, assessors and other stakeholders to progress claims efficiently
- Maintaining accurate and detailed claims records in our systems
- Providing high-quality customer service and support to policyholders
- Identifying opportunities to improve claims processes and customer experience
What we're looking for
- Previous experience working in a claims or customer service role, ideally within the insurance industry
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess and process claims effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, repairers and other stakeholders
- A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of claims documentation
- Proficiency in using relevant claims management systems and software
- A customer-centric approach and commitment to delivering exceptional service
