Responsibilities:
- Liaise with policyholders, intermediaries, investigators, surveyors, adjusters, investigators, lawyers, 3rd party claimants, sister companies, etc.
- Maintain accurate records in the claims system
- Escalate complex cases to senior claims officers or supervisors
- Add value to underwriters by advising underwriters on issues discovered during claims handling such as issues due to gap in policy wording and on risk improvement
- Respond to general claims inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in travel claims processing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- BCP, PGI and HI required
