Modernization Sales Executive

Responsible for generating modernisation sales of elevators and escalators.

. Foster relationships with customers, contractors and architects and manage tender strategies

. Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services

. Perform preliminary design work with architect, general contractors and assist in developing budgets and schedules.

. Analysis of market, industry trends and competitors and work closely with stakeholders to maximize sales and profitability.

. To negotiate with customers on price and terms and conditions.

. Manage customers feedback, enquiries and issues.

. To achieve the Company's budgets and objectives.

. Any other duties as may be reasonably required by the Company.
