Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Model Coordinator to join our growing team. The Model Coordinator will act as the main point of contact between our models, clients, and internal teams-ensuring smooth coordination of bookings, castings, schedules, and communications. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, people management, and a strong understanding of the modeling and talent industry.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the day-to-day liaison for assigned models, ensuring their schedules, bookings, and commitments are well managed.
Coordinate castings, fittings, shoots, runway shows, and other events, ensuring punctuality and professionalism.
Maintain and update model portfolios, comp cards, and digital assets across internal databases and platforms.
Assist with onboarding new talent, including contracts, documentation, and training/orientation.
Communicate client requirements, shoot details, and logistics to models in a clear and timely manner.
Work closely with agents and bookers to ensure seamless operations and excellent client service.
Handle travel arrangements, visas, and accommodations for international jobs when required.
Track attendance, performance, and feedback from clients to help with model development and growth.
Support with social media and marketing activities to promote talent visibility when necessary.
Resolve scheduling conflicts, last-minute changes, or emergencies with professionalism and composure.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Fashion Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Previous experience in talent management, fashion, events, or agency coordination is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to build relationships with both clients and talent.
Ability to work under pressure and manage fast-paced, high-stakes schedules.
Proficiency in whatsapp business, Google Workspace,Canva, and talent management/booking platforms.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or travel when required.
Min 3 Days per week, each day is only 4 hours and weekend is Sat evening for lesson or afternoon for casting.
