ML Ops Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ML Ops / AI Integration Engineer to design, build, and integrate Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions within enterprise environments. This role involves close collaboration with data scientists, architects, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, Bash, and Unix/Linux tools
• Design and implement AI/ML pipelines for production environments
• Integrate AI models into enterprise systems using containerized platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
• Ensure seamless integration across cloud and on-premise environments (AWS)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate AI workflows into scalable engineering solutions
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability
• Support CI/CD pipelines for AI model deployment, updates, and version control
• Implement and maintain security best practices for AI systems and data pipelines
• Work with observability and monitoring tools to ensure system health and performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in ML engineering, AI system integration, or MLOps
• Strong proficiency in Python for automation and ML-related tasks
• Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting (Bash)
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
• Strong knowledge of AWS or similar cloud platforms
• Experience with API integration and microservices architecture
• Understanding of data security, network security, and compliance in AI systems
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Control-M)
• Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Geneos
• Exposure to observability frameworks (e.g., Grafana, Elastic Stack, OpenTelemetry, Langfuse)
• Understanding of Generative AI concepts, including prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows
