Daily BAU Responsibilities
Microsoft PowerApps / Flow (Focus)
- Build, Support, maintain, and enhance Microsoft PowerApps and Microsoft Flow solutions
- Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution for existing Power Platform applications and workflows
- Handle enhancements, minor development, bug fixes, and performance tuning
- Support user requests, access control, and application changes
- Ensure solutions comply with internal IT policies, security, and governance standards
- Assist in documentation, version control, and knowledge transfer
IT Operations (Daily Routine)
- Handle routine IT operational and administrative tasks
- Support BAU IT operations in an FSI environment (e.g. application support, incident handling, service requests)
- Perform first and second-level troubleshooting for system and application issues
- Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders as required
- Assist with system monitoring, change management, and basic deployment activities
Other/ Ad-hoc
- Support ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by management
- Assist in operational improvements and process automation initiatives
- Participate in audits, compliance checks, and documentation reviews when required
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with relevant Microsoft certifications (Power Platform) considered an advantage
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerApps and Microsoft Flow (Power Automate)
- Familiarity with Financial Services Industry (FSI) IT environments, including governance, risk and compliance (GRC) requirements, as well as change, incident, and access management processes.
- Experience handling BAU support and operational work
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage routine and administrative tasks independently
- Good understanding of IT operations and application support
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willing to be hands-on and support day-to-day operations
- Good communication and organization skills, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders in Taiwan.
