MES Consultant

The key objective of the Senior MES Consultant is to plan, execute, and oversee Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and industrial digitalization projects across multiple sites. The role combines technical, functional, and project management responsibilities, with full ownership of delivery, stakeholder management, and solution implementation. The Employee's responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1 Project Delivery & Management . Lead MES and digitalization projects ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. . Develop project plans, schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates. . Manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout project lifecycle.

2 Customer & Stakeholder Management . Act as primary interface between Company and customers. . Gather, analyse, and document customer requirements and workflows. . Present project status, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders.

3 Technical & Functional Leadership . Define MES architectures, system integrations, and workflows. . Perform gap analysis and propose optimal technical solutions. . Ensure compliance with Company standards and best practices.

4 Team Leadership . Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, developers, and subcontractors. . Provide mentoring, training, and onboarding support.

5 Quality Assurance & Governance . Ensure QA/QC of deliverables and adherence to specifications. . Maintain project documentation, standards, and governance processes.

6 Continuous Improvement . Evaluate project outcomes and implement improvements. . Contribute to Company methodologies and best practices.

7 Worldwide Deployment . Travel as required for projects worldwide, including but not limited to ASEAN, Europe, the Middle East, the Americas, and other international locations where the Company operates or delivers projects. . Support commissioning, workshops, site activities, customer meetings, testing, go-live support, and post-implementation stabilization activities as required.
