Job Description:
- Work with project teams to define and implement network security solutions.
- Supporting integration and provisioning phases.
- Create firewall templates and configurations to deploy security controls
- Verify configurations and system behavior based on approved designs.
- Participate in integration testing of security devices and related systems.
- Recommend and implement industry best practices for network and security solutions.
- Support day-to-day operations and business-as-usual activities for security platforms.
- Deliver knowledge transfer sessions to internal teams and end customers.
- Maintain and develop technical documentation (e.g. operations, troubleshooting guides).
- Troubleshoot security platform issues and act as a local point of contact for incidents.
- Provide consultancy support and best-practice recommendations to end-customer teams.
Good to Have:
Familiarity with Fortinet security products (e.g., firewall, security management, and analytics platforms).
