Job Description

Position Overview

The M&A Executive provides comprehensive support to the Director in managing client engagements, coordinating meetings, and driving follow-up actions. The role combines deal support, client relationship management, and marketing responsibilities to strengthen the company's presence in the M&A space.

The incumbent will assist in M&A related research, outreach, and preparation of marketing materials, while ensuring effective communication and execution of follow-up actions with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director in planning, organising, and documenting meetings with clients, investors, and partners.
  • Follow up promptly with clients after meetings to ensure smooth communication and progress tracking.
  • Support deal origination by conducting preliminary market research, profiling target companies, and coordinating outreach activities.
  • Lead outreach efforts such as leads generation, attending of networking events, creating of marketing collaterals.
  • Prepare presentations, investment teasers, and other marketing or deal collaterals to support client engagement and business development efforts.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Manage client databases, contact lists, and meeting records to support ongoing relationship management.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives such as social media posts, website updates, and corporate brochures.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support in the preparation of proposals, pitch decks, and reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in M&A
  • Strong understanding of M&A processes, deal documentation, and client engagement workflows.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator) are an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive in managing multiple priorities.
  • Able to work independently while supporting senior management.
