As the Merchants Customer Service Field Representative, you will be key to auditing and servicing merchants for a financial institution in Singapore. You will be working in the retail environment, and you will be required to visit retail outlets island-wide.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Visit and service merchants assigned island-wide.
- Provide insights into the merchants payment acceptance.
- Notify merchants of any upcoming marketing campaigns
- Testing of payment terminals and resolving the issue if any
- Deploy campaign/marketing POPs, sharing marketing insight with merchants
- Able to adapt to any ad hoc activities assigned.
- No selling is required.
To be a successful Merchants Customer Service Field Representative, you should have :
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- A proactive attitude, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent fluency and communication in English, and other languages are welcomed.
- A good credit rating
- Time management and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in handling challenging situations.
- Able to build good relationships with merchants.
- 1 year of retail store experience would be an added advantage.
