DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting & Data Management
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales and inventory data
- Consolidate regional monthly merchandising reports and ensure data accuracy
- Maintain and update product master data in internal systems
- Take part in UAT for systems projects
Product & Sample Coordination
- Coordinate product sample shipments and delivery arrangements
- Prepare and submit Delivery Notes (DN) and POs in relevant systems
- Track sample movements and maintain proper documentation
- Liaise with logistics partners couriers for timely dispatch
- Tracking invoices from courier services and vendors
- Verify updated/latest approved final salesman sample
Operational Support
- Support in showroom set up/management for business meetings
- Assist in verifying charges (e.g., courier invoices, vendor billings)
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal processes
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Retail, Finance, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams
- Support communication between regional office and local markets
- Assist in ad-hoc analysis and business presentations
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Tertiary education; Diploma in Retail Management or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in merchandising, retail operations, or buying support
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Experience in the fashion or retail industry is preferred
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage
- Commercial awareness with a keen interest in product trends
