Medical Social Worker

Job Description:

You will conduct psychosocial assessment for the patients and caregivers arising from their medical conditions. You will be responsible for recommending the appropriate interventions, and work closely with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide patients with seamless care and service which is of high-quality, safe and cost-efficient.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Social Work and preferably a Postgraduate Diploma in Social Work or Management / Administration.
• Registered social worker with the Social Work Accreditation Board (SWAB)
• Able to work well independently and in groups
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
