The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth and market development. This role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, executing marketing initiatives, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
Sales
- Grow and develop the market for portfolio products within assigned territories.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure consistent growth.
- Manage and expand relationships with hospitals and clinics.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and market activities.
- Communicate business trends and insights internally to the team and Manager.
- Conduct daily pre-call planning and post-call reviews.
- Submit timely daily, weekly, and monthly reports on activities and call planning.
Product/Marketing
- Organize and participate in medical talks, events, and product exhibitions.
- Ensure smooth execution of promotional activities in assigned hospitals and clinics.
- Plan and execute regular blitz campaigns in hospitals and clinics.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in dermatology sales or pharmaceutical sales is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality.
- Highly motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Passionate about sales and building long-term customer relationships.
- Dynamic, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Diploma or higher qualification in any discipline.
