We have closed two rounds of funding with participation from leading VC's and are on the path for a year of hyper growth. We are building out our team and are looking for ambitious, self starter talents who are excited by ownership and growth!

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Representative with proven experience/ knowledge in the health and wellness industry and a strong network within hospitals, nursing homes, independent pharmacy, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare institutions. This role is ideal for someone who understands the unique needs of healthcare providers and can effectively position wellness products or services that improve patient outcomes and support institutional goals.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets of allocated territory/product by developing new business with existing and potential clients;
  • Develop, maintain and apply a high level of product knowledge;
  • Apply appropriate selling and negotiation skills to enhance performance and capitalise on sales opportunities to drive overall business growth;
  • Actively monitor market trends through personal contact with customers and attend industry association meetings and seminars. Provide feedback to relevant managers on field intelligence;
  • Identify and target key physicians and key allied healthcare professionals, winning concessions and maintaining relationships;
  • In consultation with your manager, plan field activity based on customer segmentation and targeting principles to maximise results;
  • Analyse territory and customer data, doctor call reports and track territory spend on a regular basis;
  • Appraise current and planned customer needs and advise on the application of company products or services to customer requirements;
  • Report on sales, activity and territory performance as required by the organisation;
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by your manager from time-to-time.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in selling to hospitals, nursing homes, and similar healthcare facilities
  • Experience as a Medical Representative or alternative sales experience. Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
  • Strong experience in sales - hitting targets, acquiring customers, crafting compelling sales presentations
  • Strong network with independent pharmacy, nursing homes, hospitals, private clinics preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly - ability to work in a startup environment with a hierarchical structure
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities.
  • NITEC/Higher NITEC, Polytechnic or above
  • Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident - we are unable to sponsor visas at this time
  • Possess valid driver's license is a bonus, language proficiency in Mandarin/Hokkien, Malay or Tamil would be advantageous

Base Salary + Commission Structure
