You will play a key role in building strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and increasing product awareness within the medical community.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and present medical equipment and solutions to prospective clients, medical practitioners, and healthcare organizations.
- Identify, acquire, and manage new accounts across hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
- Provide clinical information and articulate the benefits of assigned product portfolios to medical professionals.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve organizational sales targets and KPIs.
- Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve assigned annual revenue and profitability goals.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive brand recognition and product adoption among healthcare professionals.
- Represent the company at medical conventions, seminars, and professional talks to enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with doctors, purchasers, clinic staff, and other stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service levels.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in medicine.
- No prior work experience on sales is required training will be provided.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving business and client needs.
- Strong passion for sales, client engagement, and relationship building.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
- Positive, customer-first mindset with a genuine interest in supporting healthcare professionals.
- Enthusiastic about field-based work and client interactions rather than solely desk-based responsibilities.
