Our client, a renowned Architectural firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as an Medical Planner ( Architectural Consultancy).
Responsibilities
- Reports directly to the Director of Design and Planning.
- Lead the design and delivery of healthcare projects across the Southeast Asia (SEA) region.
- Collaborate closely with design and project management teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Coordinate the work of multiple teams for large-scale healthcare projects.
- Support business development initiatives, including building and maintaining client relationships.
- Contribute to proposals, bid preparation, client meetings, and contract negotiations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / interior design or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years experience specializing in healthcare planning, with expertise equivalent to that of a peer medical planner.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
- Hands-on experience in both green and brownfield projects.
- Exposure to healthcare facility projects ranging from S$5 million to S$150 million (up to 30,000 sqm in size).
- Proficient in using architectural design software.

- Working hours: Monday Friday, Office Hours
- Salary: up to S$10,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
