Job Description

We're now looking for a Media Planner to join our growing Singapore team. You will play a key role in shaping and executing integrated media strategies, delivering measurable results for clients, and ensuring smooth day-to-day campaign management. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to drive impactful campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

Media Planning, Strategy & Insights

  • Support the development of integrated media strategies across digital and offline platforms for regional and local markets.
  • Manage day-to-day planning tasks including media plan creation, budget management, competitive reviews, and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best-in-class execution and reporting.
  • Identify audience behaviours, content consumption trends, and category/competitor movements to strengthen future planning.
  • Stay up to date on media innovations, consumer behaviours, and platform developments.

Client Servicing & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a day-to-day contact for clients, proactively addressing queries, timelines, and escalations.
  • Maintain documentation of decisions, feedback, and plan changes for transparency.
  • Prepare and deliver post-campaign performance reviews, highlighting insights and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media vendors/platform partners to leverage insights, negotiate optimal rates, and secure value-added opportunities.

Campaign Setup and Optimisation

  • Work closely with Ad Ops team to ensure campaigns are set up correctly on various platforms including trafficking URLs/pixels, and track pacing and performance to recommend real-time optimizations.

Requirements

  • 3 - 4 years of experience in media planning, preferably within an agency or regional setup.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and generate insights from media performance data.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare internal reports, consolidate feedback, and present updates clearly to senior management/stakeholders.
  • A collaborative team player who builds good working relationships and contributes positively to a lean and fast-moving team environment.
  • Proficiency with media platforms (e.g. Meta, Google, Programmatic) and tools (PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are advantageous
