Key Responsibilities:
- Content Scheduling & Publishing: Execute the daily/weekly social media content calendar across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others as needed. Schedule posts, stories, and reels accurately and on time.
- Asset Management: Organise and manage social media assets (images, videos, graphics) ensuring they are ready for publishing.
- Community Engagement: Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across social channels, engaging with our audience in a timely and on-brand manner. Identify opportunities for interaction and fostering community.
- Performance Tracking: Assist in tracking key social media metrics (reach, engagement, clicks) and prepare basic reports to help us understand what's working.
- Trend Spotting: Keep a pulse on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
- Cross-Promotion: Support the promotion of our articles, webinars, YouTube series, and events across social media channels.
- Platform Maintenance: Ensure all social media profiles are optimised and up-to-date.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the content and marketing teams to ensure social media efforts align with broader company goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in social media management, content scheduling, or digital marketing (internships and personal projects count!).
- Familiarity with various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and their unique features.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills with a good grasp of brand voice.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics.
- A passion for finance/investing content is a plus!
