About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Media Operations Executive to join our Paid Media Advertising Team in the APAC region. This entry-level role is designed for someone with foundational experience in digital advertising who is eager to grow within media operations.
You will work closely with the Media Operations Manager to support the implementation, reporting, and maintenance of paid media campaigns across Search and Social platforms. This is an ideal role for someone looking to build hands-on experience in campaign execution and performance support in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Media Operations Manager in launching and managing paid campaigns across Search and Social channels primarily Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Assist in setting up campaign structures including ad copies, audiences, tracking URLs, and naming conventions across platforms.
- Pull, organize, and maintain campaign performance reports using tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Conduct quality checks (QA) on campaigns prior to launch to ensure accurate implementation.
- Assist with creative trafficking and asset uploads across various ad platforms.
- Maintain trackers, campaign documentation, and asset libraries to ensure smooth workflows.
- Coordinate closely with internal account teams to meet timelines and campaign requirements.
- Support operational process improvements and documentation updates as needed.
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in a digital marketing or campaign support role, preferably within a media agency.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads is required. Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and TikTok is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including campaign structure, targeting, and optimization.
- Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and performance reporting.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow into a more senior role in digital media operations.
