Media Executive
The Media Executive supports the company's marketing and communications initiatives by creating engaging media content and coordinating promotional activities that promote hearing health awareness and the company's hearing care solutions.
The role is responsible for managing digital and social media platforms, producing visual and video content, supporting retail marketing initiatives, and assisting with marketing events and community outreach activities. The Media Executive works closely with marketing, sales, audiologists, and retail teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective customer engagement across digital, retail, and event channels.
More about the role:
1) Content Creation & Media Production
. Develop and produce engaging content for digital platforms including social media, website, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
. Create educational and promotional content related to hearing health, hearing loss awareness, and hearing aid solutions.
. Produce and edit basic video content such as customer testimonials, educational clips, product demonstrations, and promotional videos.
2) Graphic Design & Visual Communication
. Design marketing materials including social media graphics, posters, brochures, digital banners, and promotional collateral.
. Ensure all visual content adheres to the company's brand guidelines and messaging standards.
3) Social Media & Digital Media Management
. Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
. Plan and implement social media content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and product promotions.
. Monitor engagement and track digital performance metrics.
4) Retail Marketing Support
. Develop point-of-sale materials, in-store promotional displays, and retail marketing collateral for hearing centres and retail outlets.
. Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotions across retail locations.
. Work with retail teams to ensure consistent implementation of marketing materials and promotions.
5) Events& Community Outreach
. Support the planning and execution of marketing events, hearing screening activities, product launches, and community outreach programmes.
. Prepare event materials such as signage, presentations, promotional videos, and marketing collateral.
. Capture photos and videos during events for marketing and social media use.
6) Campaign Coordination & Reporting
. Assisting implementing integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms, retail locations, and events.
. Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on engagement, reach, and effectiveness.
. Stay updated on trends in digital media, retail marketing, and healthcare communications.
More about you:
Diploma or WSQ Certificate in Marketing, Communication, Mass Media, Business or related field
Minimum2 years of experience in social media marketing digital marketing or content creation.

. Basic design or video editing will be an advantage
. Adobe Illustrator
