Responsibilities:
- Design and review mechanical layouts for warehouse automation systems using AutoCAD
- Integrate AGV, AMR, and shuttle systems within warehouse infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues in automation equipment (e.g., AGVs, conveyors, AMRs)
- Support on-site installation, commissioning, and system testing
- Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery
- Supervise small teams or subcontractors and provide technical guidance
- Travel as required for site inspections, installations, and troubleshooting
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. - Strong mechanical design capabilities with proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Prior experience with AGVs, AMRs, shuttle systems, and conveyor systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate field teams effectively.
- Willingness to travel and work in warehouse or construction site environments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Min 2 years of experience in project management or consulting
- Strong capabilities in project planning, execution, and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently and handle multiple projects concurrently
- Proficient in documentation, reporting, and presentation
