Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• . Oversee repair, maintenance, and operation of mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• . Diagnose faults, recommend solutions, and supervise repair work to minimize downtime.
• . Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment reliability.
• . Lead daily workshop operations and coordinate equipment needs with project teams.
• . Inspect machines and equipment to maintain quality and compliance standards.
• . Monitor workshop processes to ensure smooth operations.
• . Manage spare parts inventory efficiently and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• . Collaborate with management to improve SOPs, maintenance practices, and equipment reliability.
• . Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001 / ISO 45001 standards and Safe Work Procedures (SWP).

Requirements:

• . Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• . Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• . Strong knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems, diagnostic techniques, and machinery brands.
• . Proactive, organized, and safety-conscious with a problem-solving mind-set
