MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Singapore-based company specializing in the manufacture and fabrication of structural metal products and related engineering works. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

. Design, develop, and improve mechanical systems, equipment, and fabrication processes.

. Prepare engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.

. Coordinate with production teams to ensure projects are completed according to specifications and schedule.

. Conduct site inspections, troubleshooting, and technical support when required.

. Monitor project progress, quality standards, and safety compliance.

. Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.

. Assist in cost estimation, material planning, and procurement activities.

. Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

. Diploma, Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.

. Relevant working experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing, construction, or engineering projects preferred.

. Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other engineering design software.

. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

. Good communication and project coordination abilities.

. Able to work independently and as part of a team.

. Knowledge of Singapore engineering and workplace safety standards is an advantage.
