Responsibilities
- Prepare submission documents in accordance with project and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate, liaise, and manage various project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and vendors, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to align on project objectives and resolve issues.
- Review and analyze discrepancies between equipment schedules, drawings, and specifications.
- Develop and evaluate mechanical designs, perform feasibility studies, and carry out necessary engineering calculations.
- Monitor, follow up, and report on project progress to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and other project documentation.
- Ensure designs and works comply with local standards, codes of practice, and industry regulations.
- Support the project team with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies, best practices, and industry standards in ACMV engineering.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Preferably at least 2 years of relevant experience in the Construction or Industrial Engineering sector.
- Fresh graduates with strong interest in ACMV systems are welcome to apply.
- Experience in ACMV design, piping systems, structural supports, and ducting works will be an advantage.
- Exposure to projects such as manufacturing plant construction or data centre fit-out works is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an outgoing and collaborative mindset.
- Independent, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced project environment.
- Able to build strong working relationships and interact effectively with project members, managers, and stakeholders at all levels.
