- Calibrate equipment as assigned by the Manager.
- Generate, review, and issue final calibration reports.
- Communicate with clients on technical matters when needed.
- Maintain and update report templates and formats.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Support the development of new calibration capabilities.
- Improve calibration productivity and efficiency through better systems and methods.
- Build positive relationships with customers during service interactions.
- Respond to client feedback and strive to provide outstanding service.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to clients.
- Ensure availability and quick response to customer needs.
- Work closely with internal teams to support smooth service delivery.
- Assist in maintaining the laboratory's Quality Management System, including ISO 17025 compliance.
- Promote a positive image of the company and uphold health and safety practices.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
