Mechanical & Electrical Supervisor (Construction)

Responsibilities:

. Review architectural, structural, and M&E drawings to understand project requirements

. Assist M&E Coordinator in supervising site works

. Monitor and control the progress of the M&E works according to project schedule

. Resolve site issues related to M&E services in a timely manner

. Inspect quality of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with specifications

. Prepare and submit materials samples and shop drawings to consultants for approval

. Manage sub-contractors, ensuring adherence to quality and progress requirements

. Liaise with relevant authorities for inspections of works

Requirements:

. Diploma in M&E Engineering or equivalent qualification

. Relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably in building projects

. Strong communication skill and leadership qualities to supervise workers effectively

. Possession of core-trade Supervisor certification will be an added advantage
