Job Summary
Lead and supervise M&E teams across multiple locations, coordinating on-site works, training new employees, managing maintenance and troubleshooting tasks, and ensuring timely response to client urgent calls.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate M&E teams across multiple sites to ensure effective execution of mechanical and electrical works
- Collaborate with the M&E Department and main contractors to schedule and monitor progress of on-site M&E works
- Train new employees to build team capability and ensure adherence to operational standards
- Prepare detailed service reports documenting maintenance and repair activities
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems to minimize downtime
- Respond promptly to urgent client calls to resolve issues efficiently
- Conduct maintenance works at various sites, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Apply knowledge of ACMV systems to support M&E operations (advantageous skill)
Required competencies and certifications
- Experience in mechanical and electrical (M&E) works, including electrical and ACMV systems
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in ACMV systems (not essential but advantageous for role effectiveness)
