Leads the development and implementation process of the company products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new and/or existing products or services.
Oversees performance of the installation and client acceptance of capitalized equipment, enterprise software systems, or system integration projects or engagements.
This is typically a client facing billable role.ACCOUNTABILITIES Manages projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality through the duration of the project.
Works with external clients/customers to monitor projects from initiation through delivery and ensures technical compatibility for the various accounts.
Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints.
Mediates internal issues and conflicting priorities for members of cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing solutions to clients.
Typically requires 8+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor degree or 6+ years with a Master degree, or 3+ years with a PhD or equivalent experience.
Requirements:
You will be responsible for maintaining and managing Dell PowerEdge systems, including PowerEdge servers, OMES Plug-In, SupportAssist Enterprise, and Secure Connect Gateway Remote Connectivity systems.
You will perform troubleshooting diagnostics, manage and update firmware, and ensure seamless integration with cloud-based solutions.
