Mechanical & Electrical Engineer
- Work Location: Varies Construction Sites within Mainland Singapore
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm, Sat 8am - 12pm
- Monthly Salary: Basic up to $4800 + Variable Bonus (VB)
- Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility
- Partner with the Project Manager to oversee all M&E aspects of project planning, execution, and documentation, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Coordinate and allocate M&E resources effectively to support seamless project delivery while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to align technical requirements and achieve project milestones.
- Identify, document, and escalate issues related to M&E systems, equipment, and processes, contributing to operational improvements and efficiency.
- Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by management in support of project objectives and organizational needs.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Recognized by relevant authorities)
- Minimum 4 year of experiences in construction industry with site coordination exposure
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, codes and M&E systems
- Experience with Auto Revit MEP is an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively.
- Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
