MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Job Description:

• Oversee and manage all M&E works on site (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, etc.)
• Review M&E drawings, specifications, main contractors and subcontractors
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors and subcontractors
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and standards
• Monitor projects progress, quality and safety compliance.
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues
• Conduct inspections, testing and commissioning of M&E systems
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations (e.g. BCA, SCDF, etc.)
• Manage project documentation and handover process
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related field
• 3-6 years of relevant experience
• Experience in construction projects (building/infrastructure)
• Good knowledge of M&E systems and coordination
• Familiar with local codes and standards
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
