M & E Engineer
(Building Construction/Project)
Responsibilities:
- Site planning, inspections and coordination with consultants, subcontractors & clients on M&E requirements and specifications
- Prepare and create detail work schedule, manpower and resource planning
- Coordinate for submission documents, and approval, all shop drawings, samples, coordination drawings and supervision
- Coordinate the safety management system on site
- Follow up and reporting on the project progress
- Plan, monitor and ensure work-in-progress at site are on schedule
- Prepare and compile as built drawings for submission
- Identify discrepancies, assess, and recommend M&E Subcontractors claims
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management or your Superior
Requirements:
- Recognized Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Well versed in AutoCAD
- Knowledge of BIM would be an added advantage
- Minimum 5 years construction trade experience preferably in non residential projects, completed at least one project cycle
- Preferred Singaporean to apply
