MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineer to manage, coordinate, and supervise M&E systems and site activities. The role involves ensuring that mechanical and electrical works are executed according to design, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, review, and coordinate M&E systems and layouts

• Interpret and verify technical drawings, plans, and specifications

• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E services

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams

• Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and regulations

• Monitor project progress, quality, and technical performance

• Identify and resolve technical and site issues

• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and as-built drawings

• Support cost control, variation orders, and material approvals

• Ensure workplace safety and adherence to WSH requirements

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline

• Relevant experience in construction or M&E projects preferred

• Strong understanding of M&E systems (HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, etc.)

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Familiarity with local regulations and safety practices

• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and teamwork abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office knowledge of AutoCAD/BIM is an advantage
