Responsibilities
- To coordinate with consultants/subcontractors on the shop drawings/ samples/ method statement and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes.
- To attend project/technical meeting and resolve site issues with owner/consultants in order for the site progress to proceed smoothly.
- To verify the work done on site is in accordance with the approved drawings/ specifications/ authorities requirement and also ensured that the subcontractor carry out rectification for non-compliance.
- Conduct weekly M&E meeting with the M&E sub-contractors to ensure that their work is in proper sequence and ensure that the site supervisors are aware of the work sequence so as to avoid clashes of site activities.
- To resolve site issues with consultants/subcontractor/supplier ASAP in order to minimise delay to the construction progress.
- To ensure that the related documentations are updated and ready for ISO audit.
- To cooperate with the safety department and carry out the assigned duties within the safety framework including permit to work.
- To coordinate with consultants and contractors for combined services/equipment testing so that site is ready for authorities inspection.
