Job Summary
You will lead architectural project execution by reviewing and coordinating architectural works, supervising sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with specifications, and managing scheduling, materials, costs, and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Review and coordinate architectural works including generating detailed shop drawings to support project delivery
- Supervise and inspect architectural works performed by sub-contractors to ensure quality and adherence to project standards
- Ensure all architectural works comply with specifications and quality benchmarks to achieve project requirements
- Coordinate and liaise with architectural services and other trades on site to facilitate smooth project integration
- Manage architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, and documentation to maintain project timelines and budgets
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Building or Architecture from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2 years of relevant architectural experience
- Familiarity with local building regulations, BCA CONQUAS, and other Quality Mark Assessment standards
