Mechanical Design Engineer

• Conceptualizing, designing, and developing new products, systems, or processes.

• Utilizing CAD software to create 2D and 3D models for design visualization and documentation.

• Building and testing prototypes to evaluate design performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Assessing the technical and economic viability of designs.

• Working with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure design requirements are met.

• Identifying and resolving design issues, often through root cause analysis and innovative solutions.

• Creating detailed design specifications, detail drawings, and technical reports.

• Training will be provided.

• Undertaking additional tasks and responsibilities as and when required or instructed

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Degree graduate in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.

• Strong fundamental knowledge in Automation and Machine/Mechanical Design.

• At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Required Skill(s): Computer literate and good hand-on experience such as AutoCad, Autodesk 3D, Inventor, SolidWorks, Microsoft Office, etc.

• Adhering to design standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, manufacturing, and sales, to gather input and ensure feasibility of designs.

• Collaborating with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the production of high-quality and cost-effective products.

• Matured personality and able to work independently.

• Good interpersonal, management and decision-making skills
