MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER

Job Description:

• Design and develop precision jigs, fixtures, and mechanical components to support manufacturing processes
• Produce detailed engineering drawings through reverse engineering and design optimization
• Manage full project lifecycle including conceptual design, material sourcing, installation, assembly, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with clients to gather technical requirements and provide practical design solutions
• Work closely with production teams to resolve design-related issues and improve manufacturability
• Liaise with sales, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution
• Provide on-site technical support, including installation, testing, and commissioning
• Support quality control inspections and ensure compliance with engineering standards

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related discipline
• Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks, with strong capability in 3D modeling and assembly design
• Solid understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, and fabrication processes
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams
