Assistant Engineer (Mechanical)

1. Design & Development

Assist in designing mechanical components, systems, or machinery

Prepare technical drawings using tools like AutoCAD or SolidWorks

Support product development and modifications

2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Help maintain mechanical equipment and ensure smooth operation

Diagnose faults and assist in repairs of machinery

Implement preventive maintenance schedules

3. Project Support

Assist senior engineers in project planning and execution

Monitor project timelines, costs, and quality standards

Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and suppliers

4. Testing & Inspection

Conduct tests on mechanical systems and components

Analyze performance data and suggest improvements

Ensure systems comply with safety and quality standards

5. Documentation

Prepare technical reports, manuals, and maintenance records

Maintain drawings, specifications, and project documentation

6. Compliance & Safety

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and engineering standards

Support risk assessments and safety audits

7. Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Stay updated with new technologies and engineering practices

Ad-hoc duties are assigned by the Management from time to time.

Ready to work off-hours & weekends, if required.
