Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide consistent professional spa massage (either foot or body) in accordance with spa standards.
• Professionally advise customers on the benefits of the treatments performed.
• Setting up spa and work stations, responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities.
• Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely.
• Maintaining records and filling documents.
• Be sensitive to each customer's comfort level and service needs.

Requirements

• Able and flexible to work on weekends / public holidays / after office hours.
• Customer oriented with a pleasant personality.
• Be professional and well-groomed.
