Roles and Responsibilities
- Conducting masking job as required by the customer
- Apply masking tape, plugs, caps, films, or other protective materials to parts according to work
instructions and blueprints.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, job travelers, and masking specifications.
- Inspect parts prior to masking to ensure surfaces are clean and free of defects.
- Ensure correct identification and protection of surfaces that must not be coated or painted.
- Maintain tools, masking supplies, and work area in a clean and organized condition.
- Follow safety standards and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report quality issues or non-conformities to supervisors.
- Meet production targets while maintaining high quality standards.
- Ensure work are done in time to meet customer deadline
- Ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of all work areas
- Maintain consistent high quality of work performance
- Any other ad-hoc duties assign
Job Requirements:
- Basic education Masking experience is an advantage.
- Able to follow masking standards and instructions.
- Detail-oriented and responsible.
- Willing to work shifts or overtime if required.
