Our client is a high performing growth start-up within the fintech sector. They have a strong presence across the region and is seeking for continuous growth across the region. They are now inviting a Martech Product Manager to join their team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Digital Growth Director, you will take ownership of the architecture, evolution, and integration of the business&aposs marketing technology stackwith the Customer Data Platform (CDP) at its core. You will drive digital growth by building a unified data ecosystem that turns customer insights into actionable strategies for marketing, sales, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
Martech Architecture Ownership
- Design and maintain an integrated end-to-end martech architecture (CDP, CRM, AI tools, analytics) that scales with business needs.
- Audit existing tools, identify gaps, and lead vendor evaluations/POCs for new technologies (e.g., CDPs, operational marketing tools etc)
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and security standards.
Customer Data Platform (CDP) Ownership
- Build and manage the CDP as the single source of truth for unified customer profiles.
- Enable cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, analytics) with real-time segmentation, activation, and reporting capabilities.
- Architect data flows: Ingest, unify, and activate 1st/2nd/3rd-party data across channels (email, ads, web, mobile)
Roadmap & Efficiency Optimisation
- Own the martech roadmap: Prioritise tools, integrations, and automation that boost team efficiency and ROI.
- Drive AI adoption in the marketing team where possible (generative content, predictive modelling etc)
- Measure and improve stack performance: Reduce latency, cost, and manual workflows.
Cross-Functional Enablement
- Partner with growth teams to translate business goals into technical requirements (e.g., 'Increase ROAS via lookalike audiences').
- Support digital growth team with uncovering campaign and customer insights that improve performance.
- Train marketers on self-service tooling (e.g., creating segments, building journeys).
Skills and experience required
- CDP Expertise: Hands-on experience building/scaling CDPs
- Must-have: Designed identity graphs, managed data governance, and activated audiences to downstream tools.
- Martech Architecture: Proven track record designing integrated stacks
- Technical Fluency: Understanding of APIs, ETL, data lakes, and tag management (e.g., GTM).
