Our client is a dynamic organisation seeking a Marketing (Team Lead) to drive product portfolio management, implement effective marketing strategies, and lead product launches and promotions. The ideal candidate will bring strong marketing expertise, analytical skills, and proven experience in product lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
- Manages product portfolio and lifecycle
- Develops and implements marketing strategies
- Assists in the preparation of sales analysis and development of product forecast and pricing strategy
- Manages product launch, promotion and merchandising calendar
- Involves in planning and execution of products and business-related events
- Identifies market requirements for current and future products by conducting market re-search/competitive analysis
Requirements
- Has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
- Has at least 3 years of work experience in product marketing management. Experience with pharmaceutical or direct selling industry is preferred
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrates sound technical problem-solving skills and initiates creative problem solving
- Proficient in written and oral English language
