We&aposre seeking a Senior Sales & Marketing Lead who&aposs ready to roll up their sleeves and help propel Rebel and Soul to new heights. This isn&apost a role for someone who likes to sit behind a desk all day we need a hands-on leader who thrives in our fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth across our events and marketing services
• Build and nurture relationships with key clients, from initial prospecting through long-term partnership development
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments in Singapore and across Asia
• Lead client presentations and negotiations, ensuring we deliver proposals that wow and win
• Collaborate closely with our creative and operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences
• Evidence of results in outbound prospecting, designing sequences, writing short/medium-form content, and using LinkedIn for business development
• Maintain accurate tracking of sales activities

• Create and implement innovative marketing strategies that elevate the Rebel and Soul brand
• Develop compelling content and campaigns that showcase our unique approach and capabilities
• Manage our digital presence across multiple channels, always looking for fresh ways to engage our audience
• Plan and execute our own events and activations that demonstrate our expertise and attract new clients
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation

• Work directly with leadership to shape our growth strategy and expansion plans
• Establish strategic partnerships that complement and enhance our service offerings
• Contribute to pricing strategies, service development, and operational improvements
• Mentor and support junior team members as we scale
• Represent Rebel and Soul at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

• 5+ years of sales and marketing experience in the events, experiential marketing, or related creative industries
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Experience in Asia (Singapore preferred) or strong willingness to relocate and immerse yourself in the local market quickly
• Client relationship management expertise with enterprise and mid-market clients
• Strong communication and presentation skills to successfully convert cold leads
• Digital marketing proficiency across multiple channels and platforms, including analytics and Ai tools
• An understanding of event budgets to know which leads and briefs are worth pursuing.
