This is a 1-year contract hire.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, Operations, Product, Creative, Legal, Compliance) to deliver impactful campaigns and communications.
- Develop clear, engaging marketing content and campaign materials that drive positive brand perception and product adoption.
- Identify growth opportunities and lead end-to-end campaign execution to achieve business KPIs.
- Monitor campaign performance, track ROI, and analyze marketing metrics to optimize effectiveness through a test-and-learn approach.
- Manage creative briefing processes and work closely with creative teams to ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, or consumer lending.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Strong understanding of the full marketing mix (ATL & BTL).
- Proven ability to interpret digital marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns end-to-end.
- Ability to analyze campaign data, track ROI, and optimize based on insights.
