About the Role
Salary Range: 4K5K SGD
We're looking for a strategic, execution-focused Growth Marketing Specialist to own field marketing, demand generation, and partnership initiatives targeting AI-native companies, SMBs, and AI founders. You'll plan and run high-impact in-person and virtual events, manage end-to-end lead pipelines, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering, and ensure our marketing assets and sponsorships drive measurable pipeline growth. Key Responsibilities
Field & Event Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize field marketing events, meetups, roundtables, and conferences tailored to AI founders, SMB decision-makers, and AI-native companies. Manage all event logistics: venue/vendor coordination, speaker sourcing, attendee outreach, budget tracking, and on-site execution. Identify, negotiate, and manage event sponsorships, third-party partnerships, and co marketing initiatives to amplify brand reach and share audience costs. Track partnership ROI, maintain strong external relationships, and develop repeatable co-event playbooks.
Demand Generation (Online & Offline)
Design and run demand gen campaigns through webinars, virtual summits, workshops, and hybrid events to drive qualified pipeline and accelerate funnel velocity. Develop compelling event themes, agendas, and follow-up nurture streams aligned to buyer journey stages. Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to align messaging, gather technical insights, shape event content, and ensure GTM consistency. Serve as the voice of the market internally, sharing founder/SMB feedback and competitive insights to inform product and sales strategy. Develop, maintain, and distribute product brochures, one-pagers, case studies, presentation decks, and event-specific collaterals. Ensure all assets reflect our AI-native positioning, are version-controlled, and optimized for different buyer personas and channels.
Lead Management & Analytics
Capture, track, score, and nurture event-sourced leads using CRM and marketing automation platforms. Partner with Sales to ensure seamless lead handoff, track conversion metrics, and report on event ROI, CAC, and pipeline influence.
Qualifications & Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in growth marketing, field marketing, demand generation, or B2B event marketing, preferably in SaaS/AI/tech. Proven track record of planning and executing high-performing in-person and virtual events/webinars that drive qualified leads and pipeline. Strong proficiency with lead tracking, scoring, and attribution reporting.Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering in fast paced, technical environments. Experience managing marketing collateral, digital asset libraries, sponsorships, and external vendor/partner relationships. Excellent project management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate event performance into actionable growth strategies. Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, startup ecosystems, or AI founder communities is highly preferred. Experience running partner-led or community-driven growth programs. Existing network or relationships within AI founder circles, tech accelerators, or SMB communities will be a plus.
