Responsibilities

• Analyze market needs through research and various data sources. Plan and execute marketing efforts, including events and educational seminars to enhance brand engagement. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive compliance and delegate learning opportunities for support teams. Develop initiatives focused on patient awareness, acquisition, and retention in collaboration with healthcare professionals. Execute field visits to build relationships and gather insights from healthcare practitioners. Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans and promotional programs across multiple channels. Manage and optimize marketing materials, including flyers, digital content, and presentations. Coordinate with internal and external teams, including creative agencies and suppliers, for marketing execution. Evaluate marketing campaigns and advertising metrics to ensure effectiveness and maximize ROI. Actively participate in promotional events and represent the brand at various meetings. Develop messaging and communication strategies in collaboration with corporate communications. Support ground teams in executing ad hoc initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Management, Marketing, Business, or related disciplines. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a marketing role within the healthcare sector. Proven track record in strategic marketing initiatives. Strong knowledge of core marketing areas, including digital content, social media, project management, and campaign execution. Excellent presentation skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational capabilities. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-department teams and manage stakeholder relationships. Proficiency in using software tools such as Office 365, Adobe Suites, and project management applications.
