Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, marketing campaigns, product launches/promotions/events
• Support in the preparation of marketing tools and materials, communications
• Tracking the performance of marketing initiatives and assist in compiling reports
• Support product and market research, including competitive analysis
• Assist in the basic design tasks, preparation of documents & presentation decks
• Able to source services and promotional items with a good sense of consumer trends and market needs
• Coordinate product bundling and over-labelling activities with internal/ external stakeholders
• Handle administrative duties in support of marketing daily operations

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing/ Business Administration or a related field
• At least 2 - 3 years relevant marketing/Sales experience in retail, FMCG industry
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are welcome to apply
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to multitasks and manage timeline effectively
• Resourceful, able to work independently, and collaborative in team environment
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Words, Excel & Powerpoint)
• Basic design skill using Canvas is a bonus
