Job Responsibilities
You will be part of the dynamic Razer Global Marketing Team based in Singapore. We are looking for someone with attention to detail, good with numbers, a flair in communication and an ability to juggle multiple tasks on hand to support Global Ecommerce and Marketing Operations.
- Responsible for Marketing support to the Global Marketing Team to ensure effective and efficient operations
- Assist with the timely update of Global Marketing budget dashboard for GMK, BU and Regional OPEX
- Prepares weekly high-level budget utilization report (budget versus spend)
- Lead the maintenance and regular updates of Razer Global Ecommerce Brand Stores, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with Global Ecommerce campaigns and deliverables
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the timely delivery of assets in support of global product launches
- Curate compelling content and visuals for Ecommerce product listings to highlight new product launches and campaigns
- Conduct stringent and concise checks on content, assets, and deliverables to ensure timeliness content accuracy and compliance with Razers brand guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize existing Ecommerce product listings for improved discoverability, customer engagement, and conversion rates
- Track and report on Ecommerce store performance, identifying opportunities for continuous content improvement
- Stay updated on Ecommerce platform trends, best practices, and competitor activities to recommend enhancements for Razers e-tail presence
- Be proactive in working with stakeholders to ensure all timelines are met in accordance with due dates
Pre-Requisites
- Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing support
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Business and other apps such as Microsoft OneDrive and Microsoft Sharepoint for team collaboration
- Basic knowledge in Amazon and Ecommerce related ecosystem
- Experience with Power BI is an added advantage
- Attention to details and good with numbers
- Analytical skills to interpret and prepare data
- Good Interpersonal skills to collaborate with global stakeholders
- Time management skills to take on multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Team oriented, ability to work in a matrix organization, effectively and autonomously
